Salary / Benefits

2024-25 Annual Stipend:  $71,939 per fellow (PGY-4)
Lee Health benefits for health, dental, vision, disability insurance, retirement, etc.
Housing Allowance of $750/month per fellow
Overseas Housing Allowance of $3000 per fellow per year
Relocation expense of $5000 per fellow (if applicable)
Professional account of $5000 per fellow to cover: 

• One - Two long international trips (2x3 months) per year
• One short international trip (1-2 weeks per year)
• One national global health conference to present paper (e.g. AAFP Global Health workshop for one fellow, and Global Health Missions conference for the other
• Free travel insurance available through FSU
• Moonlighting available at attending rates

CME: $4000 per fellow
