Application Requirements
- Must have completed ACGME approved residency program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Contact program / fellowship director Dr. Coghill at lee.coghill@leehealth.org and attach CV
- Submit application via Lee Health Website (https://www.leehealth.org/careers)
- Obtain three letters of recommendation and send to Dr. Coghill
- Set-up interview - typically during summer/fall of the year prior to start
- Interview - with Residency program leadership and potentially current fellow(s) if available
- No official deadline for applications - rolling admissions as interviews are completed
