Scholarly Activity

All residents are required to complete at least one scholarly activity during their residency training. Projects may include quality improvement initiatives, clinical or educational research, case reports, educational materials or involvement in hospital committees. 

 

Faculty mentorship and program resources are available to guide residents throughout the process. Residents will present their work to peers and faculty as part of the residency curriculum, and additional support is available for those who wish to pursue research more extensively. 

 

Further details and expectations will be shared during orientation and reinforced throughout training.
