About the Office
The FSU College of Medicine is a multi-million dollar enterprise that employs a professional team of faculty, staff, researchers, and administrators. Therefore, the Finance and Administration division was established to coordinate operational activities, ensure transactional accuracy, and assist in maintaining the integrity of the College's financial and human resource reporting systems to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Finance and Administration personnel within the Accounting, Administrative Services, Building Operations, Financial Reporting & Budgeting, Research Accounting, and Florida Medical Practice Plan sections are highly dedicated to assisting with the operational aspects of the College. They can interface on behalf of departments and regional campuses with the University's Purchasing Office, Controllers Office, Human Resource Division, Sponsored Research, and other offices.
The goal of the Finance and Administration division is to meet the needs of a diverse and dynamic medical school with quality performance in a professional, courteous, and service-oriented manner.
