John Streacker, M.D., family medicine physician, serves as the medical director of the Urgent Care Center on Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare's (TMH) main campus. TMH announced the opening of its second urgent care center at the end of August 2021. Streacker also serves as medical director of TMH's Southwood location. Posted 9.29.21.

Marc Bernstein, M.D., has moved back to Florida and is practicing at Gastroenterology Associates of Sarasota. Posted 4.6.20.

Andrew Galligan, M.D., was nominated to be an Alpha Omega Alpha (AOA) member and completed a Leadership Education and Development (LEAD) certificate program.  Posted 2.02.21.

Lindsay Hinson-Kinpple, M.D., was inducted into the South Atlantic Conference Hall of Fame as a distinguished alumnus inductee. She played volleyball at Wingate University in North Carolina. Posted 4.1.18.

Kristi Killingsworth, M.D., is currently practicing with Central Florida Inpatient Medicine in Orlando as a hospitalist. Posted 4.1.18.

Brian Reece, M.D., founded the Spine and Orthopaedic Academic Research Institute in Lewisville, Texas, and is an orthopedic spine surgeon. Posted 7.16.18.

Updates in 2017

Griffin Gaines, M.D., finished his interventional cardiology fellowship at Lenox Hill Heart and Vascular in Manhattan this year and has joined Cardiology Associates of Bradenton. He completed his general cardiology fellowship at LSU-New Orleans in 2015. Posted 10.1.17.

Kathryn Renee Hunt, M.D., works part time at Sacred Heart Medical Group in Pensacola as a family medicine physician. She is also in the U.S. Navy Selected Reserves, drills monthly with the Navy and serves in other capacities with naval medicine. She welcomed her fifth child last year. Posted 10.1.17.

Anjan J Patel, M.D., is practicing at Florida Cancer Specialists in Sarasota and is an associate professor for the College of Medicine internal medicine residency program at Sarasota Memorial Hospital. He completed his internal medicine residency at Georgetown University Hospital/Washington Hospital Center as well as a hematology/oncology fellowship at the University of Florida College of Medicine.
