Requirements:

  1. Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery
  2. Candidates must be board-eligible or board-certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology
  3. Curriculum Vitae
  4. 3 Letters of Recommendation
  5. Personal Statement
  6. Must be eligible to obtain a medical license in accordance with the Department of Health/Medical Quality Assurance division of the Florida Board of Medicine

Additional Information and NRMP Match

We cannot accept, honor, or issue J-1 of H-1 Visas. We do not accept observerships. This program does not participate in a Match.
