Family Medicine Center (FMC)
A purpose-built, 30,000 square foot clinic that serves as the primary site for outpatient family medicine, with 36 exam rooms, four procedure rooms, radiology and lab facilities, two conference rooms, faculty offices, resident workspaces and dedicated preceptor areas. FMC serves patients of all ages across multiple payor sources, allowing residents to perform in-office procedures like skin biopsies, joint injections, ultrasound and gynecologic procedures.
Ascension St. Vincent's Riverside
Serving as the primary site for adult inpatient rotations, this full-service acute care hospital has been a cornerstone of Jacksonville healthcare since 1916. Here, residents manage a diverse mix of patients, including continuity clinic patients and unassigned admissions from the ED. The hospital features the largest cardiovascular program in Jacksonville and provides advanced specialty care in areas like neurology, orthopedics, oncology, and stroke care, offering residents a highly comprehensive inpatient training environment.
Ascension St. Vincent's Southside (Family Birth Place)
Residents complete their crucial inpatient Obstetrics and NICU rotations at ASV Southside, a facility renowned for its award-winning maternity care. The Family Birth Place provides a family-centered, personalized birthing experience, complete with a 24/7 OB Emergency Department for high-risk and emergency pregnancy care. Southside also features an advanced Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) directly onsite, giving residents robust hands-on experience in managing premature and critically ill newborns
