Educational Goals

To tailor the resident's educational experience through Individualized Learning Plans (ILPs) while providing a strong foundation in full-spectrum family medicine, comprehensive primary care, inpatient medicine, obstetrics, community health outreach, and others.

Educational Conferences

• Noon Conference Series: Held 5 days a week, with a mixture of faculty and resident led topics including 2-3 board review lectures per week, bi-monthly OMT sessions, resident-led procedures and EKG curriculum, as well as dedicated resident wellness sessions.
• Hands-on Workshops: Bi-monthly OMT sessions and bi-monthly alternating procedural/EKG tutorials.
• On-Demand Learning: Core rotation curricula, journal articles, and podcasts are hosted in Google Classrooms.
