Medical Students

We are happy to offer a limited number of externships/sub-internships to active 4th year medical students who will be graduating from a US accredited medical school.

 

Curriculum and Experience

Medical students will work in tandem with residents and attendings in our Emergency Department. The medical student will be fully immersed into our residency program and will be invited to attend didactics, ultrasound scanning shifts, dedicated pediatric shifts and perform various procedures as the opportunity arises.

 

Requirements

Students must be a 4th-year medical student in good standing with a US accredited medical school. We do not offer observerships or externships for non-US students/graduates. The rotation will be contingent upon executing an affiliation agreement between our partners and the student’s medical school. Additional credentialing paperwork will be required prior to the rotation start date.
