Application Information

We will only accept applications through ERAS.

Requirements:

  1. Standard College of American Pathologists (CAP) fellowship application
  2. Three (3) letters of recommendation
  3. Medical School Transcripts
  4. Personal Statement 
  5. Official USMLE or COMLEX transcripts showing actual scores.
  6. Medical School Performance Evaluation (MSPE) or Dean's Letter
  7. For International Medical Graduates - ECFMG Certificate 
  8. Minimum of six (6) months U.S. clinical experience required
  9. Eligible to obtain a medical license in accordance with the Department of Health/Medical Quality Assurance Division of the Florida Board of Medicine

Preferred:

  1. Residency graduation within three years of application
  2. Residency in the U.S. for a least one year

The Program accepts J1 VISA applicants.

The Program does NOT accept or sponsor H-1 or other VISAS

We do not offer observerships

The Florida State University College of Medicine
Forensic Pathology Fellowship participates in the NRMP MATCH.
