Requirements:
- Standard College of American Pathologists (CAP) fellowship application
- Three (3) letters of recommendation
- Medical School Transcripts
- Personal Statement
- Official USMLE or COMLEX transcripts showing actual scores.
- Medical School Performance Evaluation (MSPE) or Dean's Letter
- For International Medical Graduates - ECFMG Certificate
- Minimum of six (6) months U.S. clinical experience required
- Eligible to obtain a medical license in accordance with the Department of Health/Medical Quality Assurance Division of the Florida Board of Medicine
- All required clinical education for entry into ACGME-accredited fellowship programs must be completed in an ACGME-accredited residency program, an AOA-approved residency program, a program with ACGME International (ACGME-I) Advanced Specialty Accreditation, or a Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada (RCPSC)-accredited or College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC)-accredited residency program located in Canada.
