Master's in Genetic Counseling

Our Master’s Program aims to prepare skilled and compassionate genetic counselors committed to providing expert guidance to individuals and families navigating the complexities of genetic information.

The College’s mission to serve the rural, underserved communities makes this program especially relevant for meeting our State’s unique needs.

The program will foster excellence in genetic counseling practice, research, and community engagement.

Genetic counseling is a rapidly growing field that plays a pivotal role in healthcare, helping individuals and families make informed decisions about genetic conditions and their impact on health and well-being.

The program is in the process of seeking approvals and accreditation.

We anticipate admitting the inaugural class in the Fall of 2026.
