Interprofessional Allies (IPA) 

The purpose of the IPA is to educate and promote interprofessional collaboration at the Florida State University (FSU). This will be done primarily via coordinating meetings and events with other student organizations at FSU in which learners and professionals from multiple FSU colleges and professions respectively will participate in activities and discussions that promote collaboration and provide information concerning current issues in Medicine.

The IPA will promote involvement of students and professionals from various disciplines to foster the FSU mission of excellence in teaching, research, creative endeavors, and service with an innovative perspective of interprofessional collaboration.

A primary focus of IPA activities is to meet the needs of the local community through education and community outreach/ service learning with an interprofessional collaborative approach.
