Dr. Gallagher

Dr. Mark Gallagher, a Fort Pierce campus clinical assistant professor and the clerkship director for emergency medicine, was elected to the College of Medicine Alumni Board.  Dr. Gallagher earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Florida and is a 2009 graduate of the FSU College of Medicine.  He completed his residency at Michigan State University, and an emergency ultrasound fellowship at the University of Massachusetts.  He is currently practicing emergency medicine at Cleveland Clinic’s Martin North and South Hospitals and Tradition Hospital.

The FSU Medical Alumni Board was founded in 2011 to empower our alumni to engage in the activities of the college and to provide guidance, resources and support to our students, alumni, faculty and staff. There are currently 23 board members, who meet twice a year in the fall and spring semester.
