Green Honored with FSU’s Ethos Award for Research Integrity and Ethics

Sara Green

FSU Compliance and Ethics hosted its inaugural Compliance and Ethics Awards, recognizing individuals who exemplify ethical leadership and a strong commitment to compliance excellence across the university community.

Among this year’s honorees, Sara Green, MSW, received the Ethos Award for Research Integrity and Ethics, which honors individuals who uphold the highest standards of honesty, transparency, and responsibility in research and academic practice. Green leads the Research and Development Core (RD Core) within FSU’s Center for Translational Behavioral Science (CTBScience), where she plays a key role in fostering ethical and compliant research practices across the center’s portfolio.

The RD Core provides oversight, management, and coordination of all research-related activities within CTBScience. Its team offers consultation, guidance, and support to investigators in areas such as bioethics, regulatory compliance, grants and contracts, proposal development, and programmatic growth. Under Green’s leadership, the RD Core helps advance FSU’s mission of excellence by ensuring research integrity, promoting collaboration among investigators, and supporting the next generation of scholars through engagement with undergraduate and graduate students.
