$1.6 Million NIH Grant to Advance Digital Health and AI Research Training

Faculty from the Florida State University College of Medicine and College of Nursing have been awarded a five-year, $1.6 million National Institutes of Health T32 training grant to launch NURTURe (Nurse Scientists Using Research, Technology and AI to Uplift Resilient eHealth Outcomes).
Led by multiple principal investigators Sylvie Naar, Ph.D., Lisa Hightow-Weidman, M.D., MPH., and Jing Wang, Ph.D., the program will train nurse-scientist postdoctoral fellows to develop and implement digital health and artificial intelligence innovations aimed at improving health outcomes.
