PA Financial Aid Checklist 

 

1. _____Complete Financial Aid section in FSU College of Medicine PA Admissions Portal (Input SSN) at Admissions Portal
    
2. ____  Complete 2025/2026 Free Application for Federal Student Aid* (FAFSA) FAFSA (School ID #001489)
   
   Please make sure you indicate that you are a graduate/professional working towards a graduate/professional degree.
    
3. _____ Accept Student Loan offer in your myFSU portal. (Fall loan offer is under the 2025-2026 award year.)
    
4. ____  Electronically sign the Federal Direct Loan Master Promissory Note (MPN) for Stafford Loans online at FAFSA MPN after accepting your loans.
    
5. ____  Complete the Loan Entrance Counseling Form (LECF) online at FAFSA LECF after accepting your loans.
    
6. ____  Complete Student Financial Responsibility Agreement online via To-Do List at MyFSU
    
7. ____ Check your To Do List online via MyFSU for outstanding items.  If you have outstanding items, submit them to the College of Medicine Financial Aid Office.

 

Please be advised, if all items are not completed, there WILL be at least a 2-week DELAY in you receiving your Financial Aid.
