Checklist - Incoming Year 4

1.____  Complete most recent FAFSA* online at www.fafsa.ed.gov.

              (Application available annually on October 1)

2.____  Check your To Do List online via www.my.fsu.edu for outstanding items. If you have outstanding items, submit them to the College of Medicine Financial Aid Office.

3.____  Report all Outside Scholarships via www.my.fsu.edu 

4.____ Submit the FS4U scholarship application online at https://fsu.academicworks.com/users/sign_in.  Application available annually in April.

* Note:

Please be advised, if items 1-2 are not completed, there WILL be at least a 2 week DELAY in you receiving your Financial Aid.
