Chapman Community Health Project will be teaming with TMH residents for CCHP's monthly health screening for adults at Maryland Oaks Crossing. Vital signs include blood pressure, body-mass index, vision, temperature, glucose testing (for those residents with risk factors of Diabetes), and physicial referrals. In addition, this month's screenings will feature skin cancer screenings. There will also be activities planned for children.
