"Voices Changing the Culture at FSU College of Medicine"
Senior scientist and director of the National Initiative on Gender, Culture, and Leadership in Medicine at Brandeis University will present on culture change. The presentation focuses on efforts to produce an inclusive, humanistic, relational, and energizing environment that helps all individual faculty and trainees reach their full potential and enhances diversity among those in leadership positions in academic medicine.
