George Rust and others share wisdom during the TLH COVID-19 outbreak

Dr. George Rust, Professor at the FSU College of Medicine, Department of Behavioral and Social Sciences and Director of FSU's Center for Medicine and Public Health, shares his experience and perspective on the COVID-19 epidemic as one of four doctors interviewed by the Tallahassee Democrat.

All are united with their colleagues in a shared mission to see local residents safely through the pandemic. Dr. Rust's message is shaped by his training in public health and through his vast experience treating the medically underserved and most vulnerable populations. 

“Truth be told, we’re all vulnerable," said Dr. Rust, (but) "protecting the most vulnerable will help protect the community.”
