Please help us welcome Dr. Ken O’Dell who joined us as teaching faculty October 18, 2024. While you may have met him in the Clinical Learning Center or in Small Group over the last few years, he has now assumed a new role as Assistant Course Director for Year 1 and Year 2 Clinical Skills working alongside Dr. Fleischer earlier this semester. Dr. Ken O’Dell is a proud graduate of the FSU College of Medicine, and FSU Family Medicine Residency Program at Lee Health in Ft. Myers, Florida. Following residency, he returned to his hometown of Sebring to practice family medicine, before ultimately returning to the Tallahassee area to work here at FSU College of Medicine. Outside of work, Dr. O’Dell enjoys spending time outdoors, fishing, and caring for his mini farm in Wakulla County, where he raises mini cows, a mini horse, and chickens.

Though we have worked with him in various capacities over the last few years, we are super grateful and excited about this new chapter with him as full-time faculty.
