Brief
This annual educational meeting of the FPHA gathers public health professionals, leaders, and academics to focus on the public health approach to improving health for all Floridians. Topics will range from social determinants and heatlh equity to environmental health to childhood immunizations and infectious diseases such as TB and hepatitis C, as well as new epidemics such as opioid addiction. Obesity prevention and oral health will also be on the program, which will close with a "State of the state's health" presentation.
