Bryce V Bergeron

Undergraduate Degree: University of Florida

Bryce graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Florida in 2014 with a degree in Microbiology & Cell Science. During his undergraduate years, he participated in research, served as a TA for classes, and lead student organizations. Before entering medical school, he managed a laboratory at the Veteran's Health Administration in Gainesville, FL and helped establish an animal model of gastric bypass in diabetic rats. In his free time, Bryce enjoys surfing, slacklining, mountain biking, and photography. In line with his hobbies, he currently holds the Vice President position in the Wilderness Medical Society interest group at the College of Medicine. He is excited to begin a lifelong pursuit of medicine and chose Florida State University because of its dedication to building physicians to meet a growing need.
