Resident Educational Allowance

Continuing Medical Education (CME) allowance of $1,000 per year and 5 days of leave for CME activities.  

This allowance may be used for educational purposes including conference expenses, textbooks, journals, or related expenses.

Retirement Plan

  • Match $.50 on the $1 up to 6%
  • Core: 2% non-elective contribution after a year of service
