Winter Haven, known for its many lakes and picturesque scenery, is a true haven for those looking to live the “Florida lifestyle”. Winter Haven is home to the 24-canal connected Chain of Lakes, making it a mecca for watersports such as boating, waterskiing, paddle boarding and jet skiing. Winter Haven is also home to the theme park LEGOLAND, Cypress Gardens, Bok Tower Gardens, the historic Ritz Theatre, Theatre Winter Haven, and the Auburndale Speedway. The Winter Haven Fieldhouse and Conference Center is the official practice location of the NBA’s Lakeland Magic, Orlando’s G-League team, and another spectacular addition to the area.

We are centrally located between Tampa and Orlando which offer a multitude of attractions from the arts to sports and two international airports. We are just 30 minutes from Disney World, 1.5 hours to Cocoa Beach and 1.5 hours to Clearwater Beach.
