Application Information
For the 2024 ERAS® cycle, our program will be participating in the supplemental ERAS application offered through the AAMC's ERAS program. Applicants will be required to complete the MyERAS application, and participation in the supplemental ERAS application is optional.
*Due to the high number of emails and calls we receive, we will not be able to respond to everyone. Please read this page carefully to answer questions about eligibility. There are no exceptions.
Application Process:
We will only receive applications via ERAS. Please include the following information with your electronic application:
- Personal Statement
- Photograph
- Dean's letter
- 3 letters of recommendation
- Transcript
- USMLE Scores (see eligibility requirements below)
All completed applications are due into ERAS by November 30. Applications submitted after this date will not be reviewed.
Eligibility Requirements:
- We accept applications only through ERAS and fill all positions through the NRMP Match.
- U.S. medical graduates must successfully complete their medical school curriculum by June 2020.
- U.S. medical graduates must successfully complete USMLE Step 1 by the time of application, and Step 2 by medical school graduation.
- Minimum score of 220 on USMLE Step 1 and Step 2 CK. We also consider the number of attempts.

Please Note-
*We do not allow any communication from applicants outside of ERAS, Thalamus, or the APDS job site. If you do call or email us about your application, this could potentially remove you as a candidate from our program.
