Scholarly Activity

Participation in the scholarly activity of the gastrointestinal oncology service includes weekly teaching. The fellow is required to complete a research project and submission of an abstract is a requirement. Opportunities for clinical research are plentiful. The fellow will also give local and regional presentations, and participate in all departmental teaching conferences.
