Study Assessments

Study check-ins, or study assessments, will take place at five different times during the study via Zoom:

• Baseline
• 3-Months
• 6-Months
• 9-Months
• 12-Months

Each assessment involves filling out a survey and collecting physical measurements such as height and weight. The Baseline, 6-month, and 12-month assessments will also involve taking your blood pressure. We will provide you with a scale and blood pressure cuff for those assessments.
