Study Assessments

Study check-ins, or assessments, will take place at four different times during the study:

• 3-Months (Zoom video)
• 6-Months (In-Person)
• 9-Months (Zoom video)
• 12-Months (In-Person)

Each assessment involves filling out a survey and taking your physical measurements (height, weight, waist circumference, and blood pressure). The 3- and 9-month visits are completed remotely over Zoom, while the 6- and 12-month sessions are in-person at Florida State University.
