Eligibility Criteria

You may be eligible for the study if:

• You own a smartphone
• You’re over the age of 18
• You live in the greater Tallahassee area
• You are not currently enrolled in a formal weight loss program
• You are willing to follow a healthy lifestyle program for 12 months
• You do not have an unstable medical condition
• You are not currently taking GLP-1 medications (i.e., Ozembic)
