Community Engagement

Community outreach is an integral part of being a family medicine physician. Our program serves a population with significant health disparities and are always looking for ways to engage with our local area to combat these disparities. Here are just some of the programs we partner with:

Sports Medicine

• We provide organized sports physicals for many of the local middle and high schools. 
• We provide sideline medical coverage for the district high school football teams.

Pediatrics

• We organize an annual school enrollment physical event in partnership with the school district to reach students new to the community and ensure they can start school on time.

Mobile Medicine

• We are excited to launch a new service in high-need areas and expand the reach of Lee Health's mobile unit.
