Medical Students

Curriculum and Experience

Lee Health is a designated site for rotations for medical students from the FSU College of Medicine and other U.S. medical schools. These medical students are integrated into our clinical rotations, enhancing their development as teachers and ambassadors of family medicine. We are happy to offer Family Medicine clerkships and sub-internships to active 3rd and 4th year medical students.

Students will have the opportunity to spend time with our faculty in our family medicine clinic. Additional experience in inpatient medicine, emergency medicine, and obstetrics can be arranged depending on the student’s interest.

2 week and 4 week rotations are available.

Requirements

The rotation will be contingent upon executing an affiliation agreement between Lee Health and the student’s medical school. Additional credentialing paperwork will be required prior to the rotation start date.
