Minimum Requirements

  • CV
  • Three (3) letters of recommendation
  • Medical School Transcripts
  • USMLE transcripts or COMLEX transcripts for all test scores
  • Personal Statement
  • Medical School Performance Evaluation (MSPE) or Dean's Letter

 

Additional IMG Application Criteria

  • USMLE step 1/2 (3 optional) pass on first attempt with a score of 220 or higher (3-digit score)
  • ECFMG Certification
  • Medical Student Rotation or observership experience in US
  • US Citizen, Permanent Resident, or eligible for J1 visa
  • Graduation date within the past 8 years

The Program does NOT accept or sponsor H-1b visas.

The Florida State University College of Medicine Family Medicine Residency at Gulf Coast Medical Center, Lee Health (Fort Myers) will participate in the NRMP MATCH.
