Resident Educational Allowance
- Continuing Medical Education ($2,500 per year)
- This allowance may be used for educational purposes including conference expenses, textbooks, journals, or related expenses
- Five CME days annually
Fees and Employee Assistance

- Meals provided while in the hospital, seven days a week
- Step 3 registration fees
- State of Florida training licensure application process and fees
