A High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) exercise class taught by an FSU group fitness instructor in partnership with the Nutrition, Exercise and Wellness Organization (NEW), promoting local resources to maintain heart health.
CIG Lunches
Local physicians, physician assistants, and researchers in cardiology speak on topics relating to the field of interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and lifestyle changes pertaining to heart health. This includes topics such as the interpretation and clincical correlation of echocardiograms, ultrasounds, and MRIs as well as the purpose and research behind innovative procedures like TAVR and Watchman device.

An annual one day symposium in Pensacola, FL presented by Baptist Heart & Vascular Institute. This is an opportunity to learn more about innovative practices for cardiovascular care.
