Application Information

Applications and documents are submitted through SFMatch for consideration for our program. Please submit your application for the AREF Orthopaedic Sports Medicine Fellowship through the SF Match Program: sfmatch.org. Program ID #4418 accredited or #4417 non-accredited.

The SF Match requires the following documents:

• Completed and signed Central Application Service (CAS) application forms
• Distribution list and payment
• USMLE scores
• Three (3) letters of reference
• Updated CV (please see SF Match format)
   

Additional Requirements:

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
