The Aurora is equipped with an upgraded violet SSC detector for small particle detection, as well as automated sample loader for high-throughput samples. Experiments from the Aurora are transferable as-is to the CS.
The Aurora CS can collect up to 6 interested populations into tubes (1.5, 5, or 15 ml) or 96/384 well plate. Nozzle sizes include 70, 85, 100 and 130 µM to cover most cell sorting.
The ISX provides a unique combination of high throughput flow cytometry and images of a microscope. It allows researchers to perform novel applications such as measuring protein colocalization, nuclear translocation, spot count, cellular shape change, and cell-cell interactions.
