Congratulations to Dr. Kevin Tomecsek for receiving the Outstanding Clinical Faculty Educator Award at the 2026 All Faculty Meeting and Reception at Leu Gardens on September 24th, 2025.

This award is given to a faculty member who demonstrates: 
1) consistent dedication to the six (6) COM principles of the curriculum; 
2) consistent dedication to identifying and meeting the educational needs of students; 
3) enthusiasm for teaching; 
4) participation in faculty development; and, 
5) willingness to work collaboratively with clerkship directors/clerkship faculty/regional campus staff to deliver the COM’s clinical curriculum to students.
