We are proud to celebrate Michael Grossi, a Florida State University College of Medicine Class of 2027 student, as the recipient of the 2025 Dr. William and Nancy Lascheid Memorial Scholarship from the Foundation of Collier County Medical Society.

A Marco Island native and valedictorian of Marco Island Academy, Michael was recognized for his exceptional academic performance and dedication to community service, particularly in underserved areas. His volunteer work includes mentoring youth, supporting medical clinics in Immokalee, and leading innovative training initiatives for fellow medical students.

This $15,000 scholarship honors future physicians who embody compassion, leadership, and a commitment to care—values that Michael exemplifies in every aspect of his journey.
