What do you like about HMSS?

What I like most about the program is the advising that you are able to receive. Having people that live and breathe medical school personally oversee my academic journey is a privilege that will be very valuable to me as I attempt to get into a medical school.

 

Why do you want to go into medicine?

I want to go into medicine in order to serve communities that don't have access to safe and reliable healthcare. I have volunteered for programs that worked with Florida's migrant workers and have seen firsthand the complete lack of basic healthcare services that members of this community have.
