Today and Friday, the FSU Foundation is asking supporters of Florida State University – alumni, faculty, staff, students and friends – to make a gift.

The Great Give is a 36-hour online giving campaign in support of academic programs, scholarships and student activities at FSU.

The College of Medicine’s featured project for the 2018 Great Give is the Medical Student Summer Clinical Practicum. Fully dependent on private support, SCP ensures that our students get the hands-on clinical experience they need early on to become compassionate physicians. The program places our students side by side with practicing community physicians at the end of their first year to see patients and learn about Floridians’ health concerns.

Since we're sending students out of Tallahassee for rotations, there are extra costs for lodging and living expenses – which can't be covered by university or state funds. To keep SCP going, we need your support.
