What do you like about HMSS?

HMSS has so much to offer on a personal level as compared to other Pre-Med organizations. The level of direct involvement from the program directors and the amount of opportunities presented to us is incredibly helpful as an undergrad seeking out a medical career.

Why do you want to go into medicine?

At its core, medicine is simply doing everything you can for the sake of another person. We are so privileged to have the lives we did while growing up, and it only makes sense that everyone should have that kind of comfort and security. Medicine would allow me to center my career on that ideal and to help people who cannot help themselves. To me, that is the highest level of personal satisfaction.
