What do you like about HMSS?

HMSS provides a stable and supportive ground for my undergraduate years at FSU. The mentorship program with HMSS upperclassmen and advisory with faculty of the FSU College of Medicine is immensely helpful in deciding my college track and staying involved on and off campus. I am proud to be a part of such an exceptional group of dedicated and like-minded students through my process in pursuing medical school.

Why do you want to go into medicine?

I want to go into medicine because I have a personal drive to serve and help others in way that not only positively impacts individuals, but my community as a whole. I want to become a physician because I cannot think of any other profession in which I could incorporate my love of science and discovery along with my commitment to help those in need.
