What do you like about HMSS?

The sense of family and connection that it will bring! Since it is a relatively smaller group of people, it is easy to meet and connect with new people. I love meeting with my mentor(s) and being able to talk with them. I’ve met so many like-minded people that share the same passion I do.

Why do you want to go into medicine?

Science has always been interesting to me, as well as my connection to wanting to help people. Being able to work with others in a science and medicine-oriented setting is such an amazing thing to work towards. Medicine allows people to learn so much about each other and learn from each other, which allows for a new, unique perspective!
