What do you like about HMSS?

I like the ability to form a network of friends that will go with you through your medical school journey. HMSS provides a connection with like minded students and caring faculty as well as undergraduate opportunities that are unique to this program.

Why do you want to go into medicine?

I want to go into medicine because the idea of a career that allows a lifetime of learning and serving has always appealed to me.

Jarrod entered the Honors Medical Scholars Program in 2009 and is now a member of the FSU College of Medicine Class of 2017. He is at the Main Campus in Tallahassee for the 1st and 2nd years of med school.
