What do you like about HMSS?

The Honors Medical Scholars Scholars Society has been a community that has prepared me for medical school through the guidance and advice of senior student members and excellent faculty advisors.

Why do you want to go into medicine?

I wish to make a meaningful impact in people’s lives by attending to health needs.

Edson entered the Honors Medical Scholars Program in 2009 and is now a member of the FSU College of Medicine Class of 2017. He is at the Main Campus in Tallahassee for the 1st and 2nd years of med school.
