Purpose of Handbook

The FSU College of Medicine Faculty Handbook is designed to provide faculty with an easily accessible compilation of information about the operation of the Florida State University College of Medicine (FSU COM) and provide references and materials to guide and assist faculty in their careers at FSU COM. While the guide contains information on state and federal laws and regulations, FSU policies, and guidelines and policies of FSU COM, it is not a legal document and is not considered to be a substitute for the various laws and policies that govern the University.
