Pre-Health Advising: Overview

A premedical and pre-health student combines the prerequisite course work with the classes required by their major. The Pre-Health Advisor assists students to integrate all of the components required for a competitive professional school application including superior grades (especially in the prerequisite course work), a variety of clinical experiences, supportive letters of recommendation, and a well written personal statement. Direction and support is offered from the initial advising meeting through the entire application process.
