Job Description
Dr. Fleming works with the COM Education Director in Geriatrics and the Orlando Campus Dean to implement the required clerkship in Geriatrics in the fourth year. It is his responsibility to recruit clerkship faculty, schedule rotations, and monitor student participation.
Biosketch
Dr. Fleming was born in Memphis, Tenn. He practiced general internal medicine in Winter Park, Fla., from 1968 to 1993. He has been a faculty member in the Internal Medicine/Geriatrics Family Practice Residency Programs at Florida Hospital in Orlando since 1993. He is the medical director at Mayflower Retirement Center, Florida Living Nursing Center, and Health and Home Connections.
