What do you like about HMSS?

I like the sense of family and community HMSS offers. Not only does the organization connect us with professors and mentors, but HMSS connects us with a family or peers who are all like minded and working towards a common goal. That is one of this things I love most about it.

Why do you want to go into medicine?

Since as far back as I can remember I have always said “I want to be a doctor when I grow up.” As time passes I have become more aware on the impact doctors have on the lives of patients and families of patients, and my goal is to be able to make a difference in the lives of those I come across.
